    President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin held a working meeting with Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Sultanate of Oman Faisal Al-Rawas. It took place in the capital of Oman, Muscat, at the end of the business mission of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Nepal and India. During the meeting, it was noted that Russian-Omani relations are friendly and an intensive delegation exchange has been established. Economic cooperation covers agriculture, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas sector, transport infrastructure, tourism and other areas. Currently, work is underway to form a pool of Russian projects that could successfully operate in Oman and promote Russian goods to the Omani market. The meeting participants discussed cooperation in the exhibition and fair sphere, in the field of information support for trade relations. The Omani side confirmed its participation in the upcoming St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The partner organization of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Sultanate of Oman is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Oman. The inter-chamber Cooperation Agreement of August 31, 2005 serves as the legal basis for relations.     The Business Mission to India of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Completed

    The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation completed a business mission to India, which included about 20 representatives of large companies representing Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Lipetsk, as well as heads of the chambers of commerce and industry of these regions. The delegation was headed by the President of the Chamber Sergei Katyrin.     The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues its business mission to India.     The Business Mission of the Chamber to Nepal is Over, Delegation is Heading to India

    On April 24, a business breakfast of Russian entrepreneurs with the leadership of the Confederation of Nepalese Industry and the Nepal-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry ended the Chamber’s business mission to Nepal. Memorandums of understanding were signed between the delegates of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the leadership of the Confederation.     On April 21–26, 2024, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation is conducting a business mission to Nepal and India. The delegation is headed by the President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin.The business mission included about 20 representatives of large companies representing Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Lipetsk, as well as heads of the territorial chambers of commerce and industry of these cities. The main purpose of the visit is to strengthen relations with entrepreneurial associations of Nepal and India, facilitate the establishment of direct contacts between domestic businesses and the Nepalese and Indian business community, as well as familiarize themselves with new opportunities for cooperation.From April 22 to 24, the business mission will take place in Nepal (Kathmandu). The program includes meetings of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport of Nepal Raghubir Mahaseth, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal Narayan Kaji Shrestha at the Singha Durbar government complex.     Vice President of the Chamber Vladimir Padalko Met Delegation of Sultanate Oman

    The meeting of the Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Padalko with the Omani delegation, held on April 15, was devoted to discussing issues of bilateral cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman. In his welcoming remarks, Vladimir Padalko noted that Russia perceives Oman as a reliable partner with whom one can work not only in the field of trade, but also in the field of high technology.     Meeting of Russian-Chinese Business Council at Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

    In Moscow, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, on March 27, was held a regular meeting of members of the Association “Russian-Chinese Business Council” was held.
