Issuance of Multiple Visas for Employees of Representative Offices and their Family Members in Moscow

The CCI RF Department for work with foreign legal entities and their representative offices provides assistance in issuing multiple working visas for employees of representative offices of foreign companies and their family members that obtained CCI RF Permission for the opening a representative office.

The representative office guarantees the material, medical, housing support, provides money needed for the departure of the invited person after his term of stay expires, as well as bears responsibility for the observance of the laws of the Russian Federation by the person during his stay in Russia, and in the event of his deportation assumes all the related expenses. (Resolution No 167 of the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow, “On the order of provision of guarantees of material, medical and housing support for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship for the period of their stay in the Russian Federation).

Under the Russian legislation, the receiving party (representative office of a foreign company) must submit migration registration documents within seven working days from the date of the foreign citizen’s arrival.


Multiple working visas are issued for one year if the validity term of the official ID card and passport allow.

If visas for the family members are issued separately from the visa for a foreign employee, copies of his multiple visa and official ID cards should be attached. Visas for the family members are issued for the period of the foreign employee’s visa validity.
