The Russian-Turkish business forum took place in Voronezh within the framework of the 19th meeting of the Russian-Turkish Business Council. The vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Vladimir Padalko took part in its work.
About 40 Turkish and 70 Russian participated in the Russian-Turkish business forum in Voronezh.
Welcoming participants of the forum, Vladimir Padalko said that it wasn’t coincidental that Voronezh was chosen to be the venue of the forum - in recent years the Voronezh region has shown high growth rates, as well as a steady interest in developing economic relations with Turkish partners.
The event was held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Russian Trade Mission in Istanbul, the Russian-Turkish Business Council, the Foreign Economic Relations Council of Turkey with the support of the Voronezh Region government.
The forum also was attended by the governor of the Voronezh Region Alexei Gordeev, Turkey's Ambassador to Russia Huseyin Dirioz, Chairman of the Russian-Turkish Business Council Akhmet Palankoev, Chairman of the Turkish-Russian Business Council Tuncay Özilhan, Head of the Russian-Turkish Business Association Naki Karaaslan and others.
